TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise stated in writing your quote will be valid for a period of fourteen days from the date the quote was issued. All quotes will be confirmed as booked once your deposit has been received by Luxury Bespoke Picnics.
A non-refundable deposit (50% of invoice) is required to secure your booking with Luxury Bespoke Picnics. Until a deposit is received no booking will be confirmed or held.
All payments are due as detailed in the Luxury Bespoke Picnic invoice to the customer. Payments should be made by the way of bank transfer to Luxury Bespoke Picnics. Failure to pay an invoice may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.
Changes and Cancellation
Any cancellation will result in loss of deposit. All changes to date or venue must occur no less than two weeks prior to date of event approved by Luxury Bespoke Picnics.
Unfortunately the weather is out of our control. Location of an event can be changed due to weather the day before the event. For styling events only please have a backup plan as we are more than happy to set the picnic up indoors, under a pergola or on a patio. In the event a new location or reschedule of date is not possible a refund will be given. For DIY Picnics in case of bad weather no refund or date rescheduling is permitted. It is the responsibility of the customer to have a plan B location.
Venue Details and Access
The customer is required to determine the suitability of the hire package for the event. All permits for picnics/small dinner parties held in local government-controlled areas is to be completed through Luxury Bespoke Picnics.
Hire and Equipment
The person that has made the booking has full responsibility of the hired equipment. We take no responsibility of any injury that may have been caused by our equipment.
Loss or Damage of Items
All items supplied by the customer are property of Luxury Bespoke Picnics. Damage to or loss of items within the period of hire as detailed in the invoice, will be reported by the customer to Luxury Bespoke Picnics immediately. if the items are lost the customer must pay the current replacement costs to Luxury Bespoke Picnics. If the items are damaged the customer must pay for all repairs.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used for the picnic. Local government-controlled areas such as parks are prohibited from drinking and an on the spot fine from $110.00 can be issued. Luxury Bespoke Picnics take no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties incurred.
We reserve the right to take photographs of our event set ups and styling for our social media purposes. We will not take photos of our customers or guests without their permission. We welcome photos from you and reserve the right to use these in our promotional platforms.
If the agreed upon location is more than 20kms from Townsville City, a minimum travel fee of $100.00
will be incurred. This will be agreed upon during the invoicing period. This amount will be based on distance from Townsville.
Late Finish Fee
All events finishing after 9:30pm will incur a $250 late finish fee. This will be included on the invoice when issued to the client as per the agreed hours of the event.
